HOW TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION
(please use one of the following methods)

1. by filling in “Book accommodation” section – the recommended method (accommodation page is available by accesing your Personal Page using the password and username you choose on your online registration)

2. by email: [email protected]*
* In this case, please let us know the hotel, the room type and data in and data out.

The payment for accommodation will be made to Eventer.Net bank account (please specify on the payment order "For SRCV 2016 – Accommodation"):

Please send us by fax or email the payment proof.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION 
In order to recieve a confirmation of your hotel booking, youhave to pay at least the first night of accomodation. 

CANCELATION 
Cancelations are accepted only by email ([email protected]). Until 15.09.2016, 90% of paid ammount will be reimbursed.
