Please register for the event online, accessing the “ONLINE REGISTRATION“ section.
After registration, you can access the personal page, based on the username and password set in the form, to reserve accommodation, send summaries or pay online for purchased services.
CONFIRMATION
Your event registration will be validated after the operator receives the copies of the payment documents or data from the payment documents.
Copies or data of documents certifying payment can be sent using one of the following methods:
- by completing the “Payment for purchased services” section in the “My Page” section
- by e-mail, as a scanned document and attached to the e-mail, to the address: [email protected]
SERVICES AND PAYMENTS VOUCHER
The service and payment voucher (the document containing the status of the reserved services and the payments made for the RSVS Congress 2023) will be sent by e-mail, to the address provided by you in the registration form, after 20.09.2023.
We recommend that you present this document to the event secretariat to pick up the materials.
